No cleaning will be carried out after use of the accommodation and no compensation will be granted without proof on arrival. - Respect for neighbors: Parties and noise disturbances are prohibited, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - Tobacco and drugs: Smoking and consuming illegal substances is strictly prohibited. A fine of €140 will be imposed in the event of non-compliance. - Animals: Not allowed, except in exceptional cases at an additional cost. - Used linens and garbage: Eating or drinking in bed is prohibited; garbage must be disposed of in the designated area before departure. Any soiled linens, such as those with food or blood stains, will be charged at the price of new linens, as will any stolen linens. - Dishes: A €40 surcharge will be applied if the dishes are not washed before your departure. They must be returned to their proper place. - Security: A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to prevent theft. - Tourist tax: To be paid at the time of booking. - Internet: All illegal downloads are prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities. - ID card: Foreign nationals must present an ID card upon arrival. - Threats and harassment: Verbal or physical threats, telephone harassment, or blackmail will not result in a refund.
