Thanks to the villa’s convenient location and the wide range of nearby amenities, there is no need to use a car during your stay. Villa Brašina features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with four built-in hot tubs and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers. The pool is open from 15 May to 15 September, daily from 09:00 to 21:00. The gardens and terraces are surrounded by pine trees. The property also includes a small private park designed for rest and relaxation. Guests can enjoy hanging loungers in the shade of the trees, shared indoor areas, complimentary billiards and a barbecue area with a shared dining space. All comfortably furnished and modern apartments include a seating area. Bus line 10 connects Mlini with Dubrovnik and runs approximately every 30 minutes during much of the day. Dubrovnik’s Old Town can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by bus. The current timetable is displayed at the bus stops. As a scenic alternative to the bus, we recommend the regular boat service. Boats depart from the ports in Mlini and Srebreno and travel directly to Dubrovnik Old Town Port. The boat service operates seasonally, so guests should check the current timetable before travelling. Check-in is available from 14:00, and check-out is until 10:00. Late-night arrival is possible. Detailed arrival instructions in English will be waiting for guests at reception, including directions to their apartment. The guest’s full name will be displayed on the apartment door, and the key will be left in the door. Guests arriving before check-in or wishing to remain after check-out may use the shared guest bathroom and toilet, the swimming pool during its opening season and hours, the common areas, dining room, parking, hanging loungers and poolside sun loungers. Reservations of seven nights or more include one complimentary one-way transfer between Dubrovnik Airport and Villa Brašina. Guests requesting arrival pick-up must send their flight number and scheduled landing time in advance through Booking.com messages. Arrival pick-up is available for flights landing no later than 21:00. If the flight lands after 21:00, the complimentary transfer will be provided on departure instead.
