LOW-COST DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY DEPOSIT Guests must select either a non-refundable damage waiver for their stay OR a refundable security deposit. The refundable security deposit will be held for 15 to 17 days a@er check-out if no claims are made by Host. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold between $ 500 to 1,500. Host determines the amount to be held. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION The following items are grounds for immediate cancellation with no refunds: smoking outside of designated area, unauthorized occupants who are not listed on reservation, and tampering with property (smoke detectors, cameras or any items labled as owner’s property). ID VERIFICATION: Guests are required to complete the check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information.
