LOW-COST DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY DEPOSIT Guests must select either a non-refundable damage waiver for their stay OR a refundable security deposit. The refundable security deposit will be held for 15 to 17 days a@er check-out if no claims are made by Host. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold between $ 500 to 1,500. Host determines the amount to be held. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION The following items are grounds for immediate cancellation with no refunds: smoking outside of designated area, unauthorized occupants who are not listed on reservation, and tampering with property (smoke detectors, cameras or any items labled as owner’s property). ID VERIFICATION: Guests are required to complete the check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information.
