Our structure is developed within an evocative Ligurian tower house of historical importance (13th-16th century), in the heart of the pedestrian center of La Spezia. With an area of more than 150 sqm spread over three levels, the property offers 5 total accommodation units: 3 beautiful double bedrooms and 2 large Suites with kitchen ideal for families or groups of up to 4 people. All rooms are completely renovated, modern and equipped with every comfort. A unique feature of our property is independence: each unit has autonomous access from its own stairwell/piano, ensuring maximum privacy for our guests. As a protected historic building, the structure is spread over 3 floors of stairs and there is no elevator, an architectural detail that will reward you with the authentic charm of a typical Ligurian tower house, just a few steps from the station and the ferries to the Cinque Terre.Bitte teilen Sie der Unterkunft Ihre voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit im Voraus mit.
