HOUSE RULES By booking this property through the BOOKING.COM platform, you agree to comply with the house rules below. Respect for Peace and Quiet Please respect the tranquility of the property and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Avoid excessive noise, especially in common areas. Access to our guest house is strictly reserved for registered guests only. The swimming pool is unsupervised and is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Care of Property and Equipment Any damage to the property, including but not limited to stained bed linen (such as blood stains), significant soiling, torn household linen, broken or damaged equipment, will be charged to the responsible guest. We kindly ask you to handle all furnishings and equipment with care. Not Suitable for Young Children Our guest houses are not suitable for children under the age of 16. No Pets Allowed To respect the preferences of all our guests, and although we love them, dogs and cats are not permitted in our properties. Hygiene and Cleanliness Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Ashtrays are available outdoors. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground and use the ashtrays provided. Please avoid leaving food products or waste exposed to heat in your room or in common areas. Room Cleaning Daily housekeeping is provided by our staff, provided that guests hang the housekeeping sign outside their room door before 11:00 AM. After this time, housekeeping can only be carried out the following day. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the reverse side of the same sign. Personal Laundry Laundromats for personal laundry can be easily found in the immediate vicinity of our guest houses. Environmental Responsibility Please support our eco-friendly approach by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving your room. Fresh water is also a valuable resource in the region. If you notice a leak, please inform our maintenance staff. Insects and Local Wildlife La Punta is located in a tropical area. While it is pleasant to encounter local wildlife such as agoutis, pacas, or squirrels, it is also possible, despite regular fumigation treatments, to occasionally encounter spiders or scorpions. If this happens: Do not panic. Do not touch the animal. Contact us via WhatsApp, and we will send someone during business hours. Fire Prevention For safety reasons, the use of any equipment that produces fire, flames, or embers, including fire pits, firecrackers, rockets, fireworks, and similar items (non-exhaustive list), is strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction and a report to the local police authorities. Security Please report any suspicious behavior or incidents via WhatsApp at +52 954 1255 298, especially if you notice individuals who do not appear to be staying at the guest house. Access to Rooms Do not allow outside visitors into the property without prior authorization. Please lock your room whenever you are away. Check-in and Check-out Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Power Supply Guests are informed that the electrical network in La Punta can be fragile and may occasionally experience widespread power outages lasting several hours across all or part of the area, particularly during peak periods such as New Year's celebrations and Semana Santa (Holy Week). These outages are entirely beyond our control and cannot give rise to refunds or compensation.
