Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in additional charges. IMPORTANT NOTE – Stays Longer Than 21 Days For stays longer than 21 days, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be required. An invoice will be issued for this service, and the fee will be the same as the standard property cleaning fee. IMPORTANT PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT Before booking the property, guests must be aware that all guests are required to complete our pre-check-in requirements prior to arrival. As part of this process, guests will be required to complete either a refundable security deposit of £300 or select a £35 non-refundable deposit waiver. A secure SafeGuest link will be sent to the guest to complete this process. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released once the pre-check-in requirements have been fully completed. Towel Policy To help us maintain our linen standards, we provide one bath towel per guest for the duration of the stay. If additional towels are required, guests are kindly asked to bring their own, as extra towels are not provided. Children Policy Children are welcome to stay at the property. However, parents, guardians, or supervising adults are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of all children throughout their stay.
