Gli ospiti non possono mangiare o bere sui letti né dormire con i cuscini decorativi, ma solo con quelli forniti, dotati di federa bianca, disponibili negli armadi e sul letto anche per motivi di igiene. Eventuali danni o macchie di qualsiasi genere che richiedano lavaggi specifici o trattamenti di smacchiatura dei tessuti coordinati comporteranno la richiesta di un rimborso, da valutare in base alla gravità.
