Booking Verification We operate similarly to hotels; however, since you will be utilising a self-check-in, we require the following details digitally via a secure link. The property requires the following from the main booker within 48 hours after booking: A photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation. A pre-authorisation of $0.01 (one cent) will be placed on your credit or debit card to register your card on file. This is standard practice, similar to how hotels secure a payment method at the time of check-in. Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation, subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Security Deposit A security deposit is required prior to check-in and must be paid via bank transfer. The deposit amount varies by property and will be communicated at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning requirements are identified by our team following your stay. Please note: security deposits are collected via bank transfer not by credit card. Bank transfer details will be provided following your booking confirmation. Parties or gatherings are not permitted. Hen, stag, or similar group celebrations will not be accommodated.
