Additional guests will incur extra charges. • The exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras. We also use NoiseAware sensors both indoors and outdoors. These devices alert us only when noise levels are consistently above a set threshold; normal conversation won't trigger an alert. • Smoking is not allowed inside the home. • Any cleanup involving vomit, feces (including pet feces), or blood will result in a $500 minimum penalty. • Pets must be approved prior to your stay. A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets. • The person who booked the reservation is responsible for all guests, any damages, and all incidents during the stay. • Smart thermostats are available for your use, with temperature limits set for efficiency. Please keep windows and doors closed when using the heating or A/C. Pool Rules: • No lifeguard is on duty—swim at your own risk. • No glass is allowed in or near the pool area. • The pool can be heated upon request; fees are based on current natural gas costs. • Spa heating is always complimentary :) • Pool heating takes up to 10 hours to reach 82°F and must be requested in advance, ideally at the time of booking.
