Aircraft noise disclosure: Our home is on Whidbey Island, home to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, an active naval air base. The Navy conducts carrier landing training on a publicly posted weekly schedule — on training evenings (typically a few evenings per week, often 8pm to late night), jet noise can be loud at times. Most days and nights here are quiet and peaceful.
