In order for you to have a pleasant stay, read carefully the following directions: Respect the neighbours please take account of the neighbours and respect their tranquility and sleep. Garbage, please dump garbage every day in the dumpsters on the road. Otherwise they come in plagues of ants or attract local cats. If garbage bags are left in or outside the house, 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit. Animals. We're in the field and there are ants. Be careful not to leave any food: sugar, bread crumbs, oil, etc. on the table or on the floor. They come quickly and then it's very difficult to get them out. If ants leave the house, 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets are strictly forbidden on the property - unless previously consulted. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, always using ashtrays. Breaks please notify as soon as possible if something breaks or doesn't work. It's easier that way. If something is broken, the amount plus 20% will be paid to cover the inconvenience of the replacement or shipping costs. Check-out time Check-out is between 8:00h and 10:00h.
