The accommodation must be returned in a clean state, dishes washed, trash taken out, and fridge emptied. You are staying in an old building with wooden floors: noise travels easily. To ensure everyone’s comfort and maintain good neighborly relations, please respect these rules. The accommodation is equipped with a sound level sensor located in the main room (living room-kitchen) (without recording or intrusion into your privacy). In case the noise level exceeds the limit, I will be alerted and can intervene. If any of the following rules or unusual activities are observed, it will result in the withholding of the deposit or even the termination of the stay.
