Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A surcharge of EUR 90 applies for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59. A surcharge of EUR 120 applies for arrivals after 01:00. Please note that a copy of an identification such as a passport, driving license, or ID is required before arrival. Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is before arrival.
