" " ------------- RULES FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL -------------------- Dear owners and users of the pool, we are registering actions that do not comply with the community rules for the use of the pool. We remind you that the community pool is subject to established rules regarding the current regulations and the good coexistence among neighbors. That is why we remind you of the most important ones and thank you for your compliance. WE WOULD ESPECIALLY LIKE TO REMIND YOU THAT THE DOORS OF THE SWIMMING POOL MUST REMAIN CLOSED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN AND THAT IT IS OBLIGATORY TO SHOWER BEFORE BATHING. ----------------- REMINDER RULES --------------------------- * Swimming hours: Swimming in the swimming pool of the complex is allowed from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Resting hours will be respected from 15:00 to 17:00h. From 15:00h to 17:00h you can use the pool but without making noise respecting the neighbors. - It is expressly forbidden for children under eight (8) years of age to attend the pool unless accompanied by a person of legal age who knows how to swim and is responsible for them. - The access gates to the water enclosure must be locked after use. - It is expressly forbidden to practice inside the pool or surroundings any ball game, racket or any other game that may cause discomfort to other users. Inflatables are also not allowed inside the swimming area to avoid disturbance. - It is forbidden to consume food and beverages in the pool area, as well as to use the area as a place for celebrations or events such as lunches, birthdays, dinners, etc. - It is mandatory to take a shower before using the pool in order to keep the water in hygienic conditions. It is forbidden to use soap and gels in the pool shower. - It is forbidden to change your swimsuit in the pool area. Residents and guests must change in their respective homes or using the communal toilets. Likewise, it is forbidden to dispense totally or partially of the bathing clothes. - Use of the swimming pool is reserved for residents of the complex. Exceptionally, other persons may be invited to use the swimming pool, although this option must always be exercised with moderation and respect for the other residents, and the person responsible for the invitation must always be present. Likewise, it is expressly forbidden to give access keys to the complex to non-residents so that they can use the swimming pool and other facilities. - It is forbidden the entrance and permanence of any animal in the enclosure of the swimming pool and in the interior of this one. - It is forbidden for all persons to carry out their needs inside the pool or surrounding areas.La struttura non è disponibile per feste di addio al nubilato/celibato o simili.
