Please note this property requires all guests pay a bond of NZD 1000 per apartment to cover any incidental charges. The bond will be paid direct to the property managers 10 days prior to the guest’s arrival via a payment link sent direct to the guest’s email. Access will not be given to the property until the bond is received. The bond will be refunded when an exit inspection has been completed to confirm that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damage to the property.
