Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property. Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply: - EUR 50 for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59 - EUR 90 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59 - EUR 120 for arrivals after 01:00 Please note that a copy of an identification such as a passport, driving license, or ID is required before arrival. Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is before arrival. If you require a baby cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Additional charges apply.
