Guests are required by the property to settle payment within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact guests via email with payment instructions. Please note that upon arrival, guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation. Upon failure to do so, the hotel reserves the right to request for full payment. Please note that actual allocated apartment may differ slightly from photos and units with skylight windows cannot be opened. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD1000 will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking.
