House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). COVID-19 Guidelines In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested. All requests for late arrival are subject to advance confirmation by the property. Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID, passport, or driving license and a credit card before arrival. The credit card used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions regarding key collection. If you require a cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. Pets are prohibited at the property.
