- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented at check-in. - It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence. - Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate expulsion and prosecution. - We ask you to adopt a good attitude towards your neighbors (quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and mores. Parties and events are not permitted. - If nuisance rules are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guests must be declared to the host. - Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in accordance with the rules of the residence. - With regard to the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his/her family and children, and the Agency declines all responsibility in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
