Arrival at the flat is automatic, and there will be no staff to greet you in person. It is essential to follow the arrival instructions provided to gain access to the accommodation. In case of problems on arrival, we will be available to assist you until 24:00. After that time, you will be able to access the flat using the instructions provided, but there will be no further assistance from us. Please plan your arrival in advance and make sure you have everything you need for a smooth check-in. All guests must complete their online registration prior to arrival, in accordance with local regulations as set out in Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October. Once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to proceed with the registration. During the verification process, guests must fill in all the data requested, as well as upload a photo of themselves for online validation. This step is necessary to verify the identity of each guest. The process will be carried out through the application ‘Chekin’, a company specialised in the management of travellers' registrations. Arrival instructions will not be sent until all guests have successfully completed the check-in process.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
