No cats or other animals allowed **If you have more than 1 dog or a dog over 17 pounds, please message us before arrival. We are happy to consider exceptions, but approval is required and a pet fee may apply for additional/larger dog * Please do not sleep on sofas or rearrange furniture without approval * Check-out is 11am. Late Check-out requires prior approval * Additional cleaning charges may apply if the home is left in unsatisfactory condition * Guest responsible to confirm guest/animal information prior to Check-in. All guests/animals including visitors must be confirmed and approved before arrival **$75 per unauthorized guest/animal per day * Pet rules are enforced including keeping dogs on the main level only and off furniture and beds * Rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival * $300 damage security deposit is required prior to arrival and refunded after Check-out provided House Rules are followed and no damagesGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
