All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival. If you need to talk during these hours, we allow you to do so in the living room, but not in the kitchen or in the bedrooms (inside the apartment) to ensure the residents' rest. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building; those who wish to smoke must do so outside. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Stays of 11 days or more will incur an additional cleaning fee for bed linen change, valued between €30 and €50. This fee will be charged on the day of cleaning.
