Pet Policy Pets are welcome at our villa, but must remain on the ground floor only. Pets are strictly prohibited upstairs in the bedroom areas to accommodate future guests with allergies. If excessive pet hair or damage requires deep cleaning, an additional fee may be charged. A standard pet cleaning fee applies per stay (payable separately from the booking total): • 1 pet: 300,000 VND • 2 pets: 600,000 VND • 3 pets: 1,000,000 VND Damage Deposit A refundable damage deposit of 2,000,000 VND is required upon arrival in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash upon check-out, following a quick inspection of the property. Property Notice (Temporary Fence) Please note that complex management has installed a temporary construction fence along the perimeter until the end of November 2026, which partially affects the terrace view. Party & Event Policy To maintain a peaceful environment, this property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties, group parties, or similar events. Quiet Hours Please respect our local neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
