All requests for late arrival (between 7 pm and not after 11 pm) are subject to confirmation in advance by the property with and extra charge of € 60,00. Please note that only 1 pet is allowed in the apartment and there is an extra charge of € 18,00 per night. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is at 9:00 AM. Late arrivals are subject to prior confirmation by the property. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property in advance in case of arrival outside the stated check-in hours. Pets are allowed only upon request, limited to one pet per apartment, with an additional charge of €18.00 per night. Pets are not permitted in the garden, swimming pool, or solarium areas. Children of all ages must be included in the total number of guests on the reservation. The balance of any extra charges and the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. Parking is available upon advance request at an additional cost of €10.00 per night.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
