Guests are allowed free access to the ZTL area strictly for luggage drop-off and pick-up. The property must register vehicle license plates with the access control system in advance or at the latest upon arrival. Access is permitted only on the day of arrival and departure, for a short stop to load/unload luggage. Street parking is not allowed. Vehicles must park in a private area of the property or outside paid parking zones. Vehicles are not permitted to use bus lanes or enter/park in pedestrian or restricted environmental zones. Only non-resident guests of Parma who are subject to the tourist tax can be registered for ZTL access.
