Le Logis de l’Épinière is a charming 16th-century estate in Charente-Maritime, in the heart of the Romanesque Saintonge and surrounded by preserved nature. The property includes four high-end, fully independent cottages, each without overlooking neighbours and with a private terrace or garden facing meadows, bocage landscapes and mature trees. Some cottages have a private entrance and their own parking space.
The furnishings, brought back from our travels or custom-made, combine heritage and modern comfort.
The estate offers a 17.50-metre outdoor pool (in season), parking, an electric car charging station, Wi-Fi, a barbecue and baby equipment on request.
