Water and electricity are included in the rental price. However, during the heating period (from October 1st to April 20th), 20 kWh per night are included in the rate. Any additional consumption will be charged according to the EDF tariff in force (approx. €0.30/kWh). The heating system is automatic and energy-efficient. Radiators adjust according to occupancy and weather conditions. ⚠️ Please do not touch or change the settings. Any manual change may deactivate the automatic regulation and result in extra consumption being billed. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
