To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment PETS UPON REQUEST. You must always ask us before and inform us of the breed and age of your pet. Failure to inform us that you come with your pet, incurs a penalty of 300€. NO smoking in the apartment and common areas SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment. HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it. PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion. If you have any questions, let us know! As specified in the conditions of your reservation, you must make a deposit to protect us from any damage. Through a secure online service, we never request your bank details over the phone. The deposit amount is not charged or blocked, it is a pre-authorization.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
