Please keep noise, music, TVs, and balcony activity respectful at all times. Curfew: No Smoking or Marijuana: Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, interior common areas, hallways, balconies, lobbies, indoor water facilities, or inside any fenced pool area. Marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Only registered service animals are permitted and must remain on a leash when outdoors. Parking: A valid parking pass must be displayed at all times. Each unit is limited to 2 overnight vehicles. Vehicles must park only in paved spaces. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles may only be parked in approved designated areas when permitted. Pools and Water Facilities: Pool areas are used at your own risk and only during posted hours. Glass is not allowed in pool areas. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pool furniture cannot be reserved or removed from the pool area. Proper swimwear is required. Balconies and Grilling: Do not hang towels, clothing, or other items from balcony railings. Outdoor cooking or grilling is not allowed on balconies or in hallways. Please use the designated grilling areas on the property. Trash: All trash must be placed in secured, heavy-duty plastic bags and taken to the proper trash receptacles on property. Children: Parents and chaperones are responsible for the behavior and safety of children at all times. Conduct: Please do not feed seagulls or feral cats. Bicycles are not allowed inside the buildings. Skates, skateboards, and roller blades are not permitted on grounds. Violations: The rule violations may result in warnings from security or removal from the property. Guests are responsible for any fines, damages, or violations caused by their group.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
