OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: The law in Spain obliges and requires that all guests must be registered. To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment.
PETS UPON REQUEST. You must always ask us before and inform us of the breed and age of your pet. Failure to inform us that you come with your pet, incurs a penalty of 300€. NO smoking in the apartment and common areas, we are a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area or apartment in the building.
