Violations may result in a minimum $100 damage and deodorizing charge.[cite:21][cite:31] If outdoor smoking is permitted, it must be limited to designated areas only, and all cigarette or cigar waste must be disposed of properly.[cite:31] Evidence of indoor smoking, vaping, or smoke odor may result in additional minimum cleaning, deodorizing, or damage charges of $100.[cite:21][cite:24] Illegal drugs and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in termination of your reservation.[cite:24] For the safety and dignity of all guests and neighbors, any criminal conduct involving inappropriate or indecent behavior is not allowed on property and may be reported to law enforcement.
