Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, establishes the documentary and information registration obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. As indicated by the law, "the purpose of this Royal Decree is to regulate the obligations of documentary registration and information provided for in the regulations for the protection of public safety for natural or legal persons who carry out, professionally or not, activities of accommodation or rental of motor vehicles without a driver." The new platform will require more guest data than the current registry, distinguishing between traveler data and transaction data. The following information must be recorded regarding traveler data : Full name. Sex. Identity document number. Document support number. Document type. Nationality. Birthdate. Place of habitual residence (full address). Landline telephone. Mobile phone. Email. Number of travelers. Relationship between the travelers (in the event that any of them are minors). Regarding transaction data, the following will be recorded: Contract details: reference number, date and signatures. Contract execution data: date and time of entry and date and time of exit. Property details: full address, number of rooms and Internet connection. Payment details: type, payment method identification, card type and number, payment method holder, card expiration date and payment date.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
