Damage deposit

Important information

We pre-authorise a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked. We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodation. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person. The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada). The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodation. Check-out time on the last day is before 11 am.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
