A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.. Check-in is completely automated and allows for independent access to the property. After 8:00 PM, access will still be possible via the automated system; however, any requests for in-person assistance or interventions by our staff will incur a €30 surcharge, payable directly to the staff member. Please note that after 8:00 PM, any malfunctions in the home automation system (for example, lack of internet connection, electronic door lock failure, or other technical issues) cannot be immediately repaired and will not be held liable. Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the property, even following interventions by our staff, the reservation may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund. After 11:00 PM, in-person assistance is not guaranteed. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
