George’s office, next to the guest suite, and the balance of the home’s interior are private and should not be entered or used in any way without George’s consent. The doors to these spaces are often fully open, however guests are asked not to enter and respect the George’s privacy. The swimming pool in the back yard and the pergola and outdoor kitchen under the pergola may be used, however George’s consent is required. These are shared exterior spaces access is normally via a locked gate and require George to open the gate. Similarly, access to laundry facilities needs to be prearranged.
