Lelbi rooms is located in Jayadurga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. It is a three storeyed building with rooms with attached washrooms.We have rooms on each floor. You will be given one room. We request our guests to check the room at the time of check in and if satisfied then only stay. Otherwise please take back your paid amount and stay in a better comfortable location. If during your stay either you or we are not interested to continue your stay, let us communicate through mail, chat or phone and vacate the room with 24 hrs notice for our peace of mind. At the time of check out the guest will be refunded the proportionate remaining amount. We welcome extremely decent and disciplined guests who are looking for a clean accomodation in budget price in the center of the city. Please note few more points for better understanding and happy staying. 1. No Liquor is allowed in the campus. No smoking in common place. 2. No outside guest/s will be allowed to the room. They can talk in common place on the ground floor. 3. We have wide staircase but NO lift. 4. There are no specific room services. All cleaning etc are managed by part time staff. Live in a home - like atmosphere. 5. Drinking water and dustbins are available in common area. 6. At present, TV is not connected to Tatasky, so you will not get TV channels. 7. As geysers are shared in some rooms, depending on number of guests using at the same time, the hot water availablity may be slow. 8. WIFI connection is available in common areas, but may be out of range in the rooms. 9. Switch off light, fan, AC etc whenever you have locked the room to go out. 10. Guests are requested to buy their consumables like soap, shampoo, mosquito coils/ liquids etc as per their requirement. Many such items are available in our counter. We expect a happy stay for our guests and side by side a full understanding between the house owner and the respected guest/s. Our room setup is good for middle class people in a pocket friendly price. Please clear all your doubts before booking.
