All guests staying at the property, including those listed under the reservation, must submit their full names and valid government-issued IDs. This is a mandatory requirement for securing approval of the Guest Authorization Letter from the building management. Guests must communicate with the host and settle the security deposit at least 3 days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will be released only after the security deposit has been paid and verified. Guests requiring parking must communicate with the host immediately after booking their reservation. Due to limited availability and advance scheduling requirements, last-minute parking requests cannot be guaranteed and may not be accommodated.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
