Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within the property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found smoking in the property will be charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days after check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, meeting address and house rules by email after booking. This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key. All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59. A surcharge of EUR 90 applies for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59. A surcharge of EUR 120 applies for arrivals after 01:00. Please note that a copy of an identification document such as a passport, driving licence, or ID is required before arrival. Please note that a credit card showing only the last 4 digits and corresponding to the name on the booking is required before arrival. If you require a baby cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Additional charges may apply. Please note that the lead guest must be aged 35 years or older.
