Damage deposit
A damage deposit of NOK 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Never leave the hob or the oven unattended.
If you are going to cook food that causes a lot of fumes, you can prevent the alarm from going off in the apartment by pressing the yellow button in advance for 5 seconds. The smoke part of the detector will then be out of order for 30 minutes. Please refer to the full fire instructions manual for more details.
Everyone in the apartment is responsible for familiarising themselves with the fire instructions.

The security deposit for any damages caused as a result of non-compliance is set to NOK 5000.
The heating is automatic and comes on if the temperature drops below 22-23 degrees Celsius. Please do not change the settings on the thermostat.
Our check-in window is strictly between 16:00 and 18:00. Late check-in after 19:00 will incur an additional charge of NOK 300. It is not possible to check in after 23:30.
Our checkout is generally by 10:00. If you wish to arrange an early check-in or a late checkout, please give notice in advance so that we can help.
Please note that an additional charge of NOK 150 per hour will apply for early check-in or late check-out.
Parking is available for NOK 175 per day. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance.
