A damage deposit of NOK 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

If you are going to cook food that causes a lot of fumes, you can prevent the alarm from going off in the apartment by pressing the yellow button in advance for 5 seconds. The smoke part of the detector will then be out of order for 30 minutes. Please refer to the full FIRE INSTRUCTIONS manual for more details.

The security deposit for any damages caused as a result of non compliance is set to 20 000 NOK.
The heating is automatic and comes on if the temperature drops below 22-23 C degrees. Please do not change the settings on the thermostat.
Our CHECK-IN window is strictly between 16:00 & 18:00. Late checkins (after 19:00) attract surcharge of 300 NOK. It is not possible to check in after 23:30.
Our checkout is generally by 10:00. If you wish to arrange an early checkin or a later checkout, please give notice in advance so that we can help. There’s a fee of 150NOK/hour. The same applies to early checkins.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
