Important Information: 🔑 Lost or Locked-In Keys A fee of €50 applies during office hours, and €75 outside office hours if keys are lost or left inside the accommodation. ➤ Guests must collect replacement keys from our office. 🗑️ Waste Disposal on Departure Guests must remove all garbage from the property before check-out. ➤ Failure to do so will result in a €150 waste management fee. 🛂 Mandatory Guest Registration Guest registration is required by law in: 🇪🇸 Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) 🇬🇷 Greece (Law 4446/2016) ➤ Prior to arrival, guests will receive a link for online check-in to complete registration. ❄️ Air Conditioning Schedule The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. ➤ This timer system is in place primarily for environmental reasons and to prevent excessive use of the air conditioning units. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
