Please keep in mind that this apartment does not have a tourist license. We rent it through a temporary rental contract and our guests declare that they know these details at the time of making their reservation on the website, in the same way, once their reservation is accepted, we will communicate this information in the messages section to our guests. In order of making this contract, the guest must send some information (name, last name, address and the reason of travelling) and also an official identification document by email or by the booking app of each guest. Occasionally, you can feel some smells because of the house is located. It is in the coast and in a humble building. We have done everythig that is in our hands, but the guest must understand that, due to the weather conditions is posible to have these inconvenients.
