Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
In winter, the houses are not accessible by car despite the amenities if the snow cover is too important. In this case, you may have to leave the vehicle a little lower and continue on foot to the cottage (about 15-20 minutes, over a distance of 300m to 1km maximum).
Electricity is not included except in July and August.
A bag of wood is provided to start one or two fires (then extra bags are on sale at Carrefour Montagne in Loudenvielle).
We ask for a 100-euro cleaning deposit by bank transfer in case the cleaning is not made by the tenant at the end of the stay.
Bed linens and towels are not provided. Guests have to bring their own.
Traditional blankets, all cleaning products and a professional hoover are provided.This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles.
