Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that towels and bed linen are provided. For stays of several weeks, towels and bed linen can be changed weekly on request. To do this, the weekly cleaning costs for stays of more than 7 days (between €48 and €288 depending on the accommodation), must have been effectively collected by us before your arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
