The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. Lost or Locked-In Keys: In the event of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours, and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. Check-Out Policy – Waste Disposal: On the day of check-out, guests must not leave any garbage inside the property. Failure to remove waste will result in a €150 fee for waste management. Guest Registration Requirement: Guest registration is mandatory by law in both Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete the online check-in and register all guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
