To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a few minutes to read and respect the house rules. Apartment Rules: 1. To turn the air conditioning on or off, use only the thermostats located in each room. Do not turn it off from the main electrical panel. 2. When using the air conditioning, please keep all windows closed to maintain the desired temperature and avoid unnecessary consumption. Kindly turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment. 3. Avoid excessive noise and parties in the apartment, on the terrace or in the pool area. This is a residential area and quiet hours must be respected after 22PM. 4. Dispose of trash in the container to the right when exiting the complex. Do not leave trash bags on the marble floor in the kitchen, terrace or entrance, as marble stains are very difficult to remove. Do not leave garbage bags in the garage. 5. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, If you have any questions please check with us first. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; it is only allowed on the terrace. 7. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior consent. 8. The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Please use the towels responsibly: do not dispose of them or use them for makeup removal. 9. Use terrace hammocks and sofa only with a towel as they tend to get stained with sunscreen and are very difficult to clean afterward. 10. Assigned parking is space 10, Block 4. Only one space and one garage remote are provided; additional vehicles are not permitted and occupying any other space is not allowed. 11. On check-out, leave both sets of keys and the garage remote inside the apartment and close the door. The exterior gate opens automatically when approaching from inside. 12. Lost of apartment key fee: €80. Lost of garage remote: €50. 13. It is the guest’s responsibility to log out of all personal accounts on the television (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.) before check-out. Community Rules: 1. Return loungers, chairs or any other items after pool use. The automatic irrigation system operates at night and if the grass area is not clean, it will not function correctly. 2. Swimwear is required in both the pool and the sauna; nudity is not permitted. Please shower before entering. Inflatables are not allowed. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool may not be used after 22:00. 3. The sauna operates in 45-minute cycles and is activated using the button, press and hold the left button for a few seconds. Please allow a few minutes for it to heat up. You may press the button again to extend the session if needed. Please treat the sauna and gym facilities with respect and always use a towel inside the sauna to seat. 4. Concierge service: Mon–Fri 08:00–00:00 (until 15:00 during staff vacations). Closed weekends and holidays. Please contact us first if assistance is needed. 5. Nearest supermarket: Aldi (5-minute drive). Complimentary water is provided in the fridge. 6. Airport transfers and tours are available upon request (additional cost). By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the rules of the apartment and the community. Failure to do so may result in a minimum penalty of €250 or removal from the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
