You may do this via the Booking.com message thread OR in the email. OFFICIAL HOUSE RULES - SHARED ENVIRONMENT: This is a private room in a shared housing environment. Common areas are shared with other guests. - NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. - NO STEALING: Theft of any property items or other guests' belongings is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately. - CLIMATE CONTROL: Thermostats are pre-set for building comfort and cannot be tampered with or changed. - DEVICES: Do not tamper with any electronic devices or property equipment. - COMMUNICATION: All guest support is handled exclusively via the Booking.com message thread or our official business email only. We do not accept or respond to phone calls or text messages. - NON-COMPLIANCE: Failure to provide ID or follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES To ensure a safe, peaceful, and pleasant environment for all residents and guests, please adhere to the following community guidelines: - Prohibited Items: For the safety and security of everyone on the premises, firearms, weapons, and hazardous materials of any kind are strictly prohibited at all times. - Parking Guidelines: Commercial vehicles, large utility trucks, and commercial vans are not permitted to park on or around the property. Please note that neighborhood parking regulations are strictly enforced by local authorities, and unauthorized vehicles are subject to ticketing or towing at the owner's expense. - Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign our standard Short-Term Rental (STR) Agreement prior to check-in. Signing this document is 100% mandatory to receive check-in instructions and access the property.
