The small and quiet Roaz de Bandeira House is located in the centre of Olhão, 5 minutes' walking from the train station and bus. The entire property has free WiFi access.
Each bright room has a unique decor of navy inspiration with unique handicraft pieces elaborated in the property. All are fitted with wooden floors and includes bed linen and towels.
Guests can enjoy a breakfast composed of local seasonal products and from small producers, whenever possible between 9H00 and 10H00.
Please note that a communal kitchen is available for guests, every day between 11:00 and 22:00. You can also find restaurants with fish dishes and local seafood within walking distance.
Guests can also relax in the TV lounge or in the large outdoor patio, while enjoying a glass of Portuguese wine. Staff can assist with tourist information for activities such as sport fishing and cooking workshops or renting a car or bicycle to explore the city and surrounding area.
After a short ferry ride guests can reach the white sandy beaches in the surroundings or discover the many trails of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve. The Roaz de Bandeira House is 15 km from Faro Airport.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Check-in after 20:00 (until 22:00) has a surcharge of EUR 20 and is subject to confirmation from the property.
Check-out after 11:00h will incur an additional cost for one extra night concerning on the type of rate selected.
Please note that for long stays, linen and towels are changed every 4 days and housekeeping is done every 2 days, between 11:00 and 12:30.
