The standard check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm one of our agent will be there for you, it is a must to agree an arrival time. Late check in is also possible at the following rates: From 8pm to 10pm €15.00 (Must be agreed) After 10pm to 12am €25.00 (Must be agreed) After 00:00 €50.00 (Must be agreed) It is also possible to access the property earlier. We offer a luggage storage service, at our office in Costa Rei, in case the house is not yet ready before 3:00 PM. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: € 12,00 per stay (single set) € 20,00 double set per stay. Please contact the property at least 5 hours before before arrival for rental. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €50,00 per stay applies. Guests arriving before/after 15:00-20:00 are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time. Please note that an additional charge of: EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00. EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 50 after 00:00. is applicable for late check-in. All requests after 20:00 outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate.
