Guests must complete 2 easy steps within 24 hours of booking - Digitally signed rental agreement and Secure Guest Verification, if not completed the Property owner and/or Property Manager reserves the right to deny or cancel any reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
