WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY This Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk is entered into by the (“Participant”) in renting the property, in consideration for being permitted to use the hot tub, canoe, paddle-board, and swim in the lake located at Wapato Lake Waterfront Retreat.ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand and acknowledge that the use of a hot tub, canoe, paddle-board, and swimming in a lake involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: Hot Tub Risks: Overheating, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, slipping, falling, allergic reactions, and potential health complications.Boating Risks: Drowning, capsizing, falling overboard, collisions, mechanical failures, and unpredictable weather or water conditions.Swimming Risks: Strong currents, underwater hazards, drowning, hypothermia, and potential encounters with wildlife.I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and acknowledge that Wapato Lake Waterfront Retreat is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death that may occur.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
